Q: When will my product be shipped?
A: Typically, packages will be shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. They will usually ship in 24-48 hours, but may take up to 72 hours due to weekends and holidays. You will receive your product via The United States Postal Service. We ship Priority Mail or First Class Mail, so your package will get to you quickly.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: For the time being, shipping is $5.99 per order to anywhere in the United States. At this time we do not ship to any other countries. If you have any additional questions about our shipping policies, please email us at customerservice@glsaltsandsoaps.com. We may begin shipping to other countries, including Canada, in the future if there is enough interest.
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks (items are shipped after check clears our bank most likely within 7 -10 daysafter we deposit check.) & all major credit cards through Ecount, AlertPay, & PayPal. Ecount, AlertPay, & PayPal is safe and secure, so you can be confident that your personal information is kept private. You will be redirected to Ecount, AlertPay, & PayPal after you submit your order and let us now how you would like to pay. If you make a order with money order or check as form of payment and we do not receive payment within 7-10 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.
