Timeline

G & L Salts And Soaps hand makes all orders, so please allow a 3-4 day processing timeframe. If you place your order on a holiday or on the weekends, your order will be considered "received" on the next business day. If you need your order sooner, please email us your request and we can discuss other options.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Ecount, PayPal, AlertPay, Google Checkout, check or money order. If you wish to pay by check (10 day hold until clear) or money order we will e-mail you with our address shortly after we receive your order. All orders must be pre-paid before shipment.

In the case of damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@glsaltsandsoaps.com , with "Damaged Items" as the subject of your email. We must know within 2 days of receipt in order to make the appropriate claim with the carrier. We will provide you with instructions, which usually involve filing a claim with the carrier. The carrier usually requires seeing the package.

Returns

Please remember that not all people like the same scents. Because of this, it is suggested that you order small items first if you are unsure as to whether or not you will like the product. Returns are only accepted if there is a physical defect in the product. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs. We must be contacted by phone or e-mail before any product is returned. Returns without personal contact will not be honored. Once we have received and examined the returned product and found it to be defective you will receive a replacement in the same scent/style as your original order. We will do our best to ensure that a solution is found to any problems that may arise. We do reserve the right to refuse a return, or refuse service to anyone.

Cancellations

Please advise us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. At that time your money will be refunded in full. After 24 hours your order will have already been started your cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Privacy

Here at G & L Salts And Soaps we respect the privacy of our customers. We will never give away or sell any of your information. In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (ex: Ecount, PayPal, AlertPay) may also collect this information from our authorized customers.
